The Small Print:

Parking: guests will be provided 4 parking spaces. None of the spaces are in the garage (the garage will be closed).

The main house is comprised of two units, with ONLY the upstairs 4 bedroom unit rentable. The second unit is underneath the main house. There's a deadbolt door that divides the two. There's also a studio apartment that is NOT connected to the main house. The owner, property manager or personal assistant could possibly be on the property when the tenant is occupying the main house. The owner, property manager or assistant will NOT have access to the swimming pool (just those renting the main house will have access).

Absolutely no big parties, large gatherings or loud noise. This is not a party house. This home is more of an experience. The history of the house goes back to the 1940s. It used to be the actor Errol Flynn's house. It was gutted and totally remodeled approximately four years ago. All amenities are state of the art: wifi, air conditioning etc.
